How it works
We research your business and competitors. Then every week we write and publish pages that help buyers find you.

Two weeks, side by side
You: about 10 minutes, once. ReachKit: every week after.
Repeats every week, without you
Step 1 · We research you
First we read your website: what you sell, who buys, and where. Every page starts from this, so it says only what’s true.
We read your site to learn what you sell, who buys it and where you work. We keep track of up to 5 competitors, taken from the businesses that actually show up when your buyers search.
Some sites block automated visitors. Then we read your market from Google’s results instead.
We also check what holds your site back: whether AI is let in, whether Google has a list of your pages, slow pages and missing page titles. Each one comes with a fix you or your web person can do.

Step 1 · We research you
We look up the searches your buyers make and ask AI the questions they ask. You see which businesses get chosen today, and where you’re missing. Up to 5 competitors are watched every week.

Your competitors, watched every Monday
From who shows up when your buyers search.
We track 12 Google searches your buyers make. For each, we note who is on Google’s first page.
Every Monday we ask Google AI Mode and ChatGPT the 25 questions your buyers would ask. 4 weeks give up to 184 answers to 23 questions that don’t name you.
We count mentions and links apart, because an answer can mention you without a link.
What this doesn’t tell you.Answers vary, so the figure is a sample with a margin. Perplexity is not checked. Each site is measured in one country and one language.
Step 2 · We pick what buyers ask
We pick questions that fit you, get searched, and that you can win. Each becomes a new page, or an update to one you have.
Each Monday ReachKit plans up to 7 pages for the week. They are new pages, or updates to pages already live, and each goes live on its own day.
We rank by fit first, then searches, intent to buy, and whether you can win. At most 4 pages a week are new, and the others update pages you have.
Some weeks have fewer pages, most often for local businesses at first. We never publish filler, or change a page just to look new.
What Austin buyers search for
We keep a question when it fits your business, people really search for it, and a site your size can win it.
Real numbers come from your free scan.
Step 3 · We write your pages
Every Monday we plan up to 7 pages for the week, new or updated. If nothing is worth writing, we skip the day.

Step 3 · We write your pages
Pages are written with AI, only from facts on your site and linked sources. Each faces up to 22 checks, and anything invented is held back.
Facts about you come word for word from your site. Each one links to its page.
Market facts come from Google’s first 3 results and up to 4 competitors’ pages.
A page links to at most 2 studies, and uses no figure older than 3 years.
A new page must add at least 3 things the top results miss. At least 1 must be facts about you.
Up to 22 checks. Code runs up to 21 of them, and AI makes one judgement.
The AI check asks if the page claims work your site doesn’t back up.
A page that fails gets one rewrite. If it fails again it is held, and never goes live.
Each page links to 3 to 6 of your other pages, by topic. It also links up to 5 earlier pages on the same subject.

Step 4 · You see it working
Every Monday an email shows what went live and what moved. Google moves slowly, so it also shows what comes next.
Every Monday. We check the 12 searches and ask each page’s own question again. Then the Monday email arrives. It opens with your numbers and how they changed since the week before: where your pages sit on Google’s first two pages, how many visits Google sent, and which of your pages AI answers link to. It also says how often AI answers mention you, counted over 4 weeks. Below that are the pages that moved and what is planned this week.
Each page moves at the search engines’ pace, not ours. Bing usually finds a new page within days. Google takes from a few days to a few weeks, and doesn’t show every page. Showing when people search takes weeks. Reaching Google’s first page takes months, and not every page gets there. Pages that stall are updated.

What you do
Check what we read about your business, then connect your website. After that you’re done, though you can edit or stop any page.
A page goes live on its own 24 hours after it is written. You can set that window anywhere from 1 to 7 days. Until then you can edit it or stop it. You don’t have to do either; every page goes live on its own.
You can cancel or export at any time, even before you finish setup.
